Where Are You Located?
We are a “Mobile Detailer” which means we come to you. As long as you are in our service area (detailed below) we come to your location to detail your vehicle. No need to drive to a brick and mortar location and wait around for hours or arrange for rides to and from the service location. It’s the easiest and most convenient way to get your car detailed. We bring everything we need to perform the detail on-site. The only thing we need from you is a time and a place.

Is The Price Listed On The Website The Price I Pay No Matter The Condition Of My Vehicle?
99% of the time the answer is yes – the price you see listed on our site is the exact price you will pay. However, since we aren’t able to see your vehicle before we start there are some instances where we will charge an additional fee for incredibly dirty vehicles. Things such as excessive pet hair, mold, mildew and abnormal conditions are subject to a possible additional fee. This is extremely rare and you will ALWAYS be told of any price increase before we begin. At that point you will be able to cancel the appointment for a full refund.
What If It Rains On The Day Of My Appointment?
If it rains on the day of your appointment you will have the option to reschedule your appointment or request a refund.
What Is The Cancellation Policy?
We have a 48-hour cancellation policy, if you cancel within 48 hours you’ll have no cancellation charges. If the weather is bad the day of your appointment OR you need to reschedule for a future date you won’t be charged any cancellation fees as long as you reschedule the appointment. We want to make sure everyone gets a fair chance to have their vehicle detailed on a day and time that works best for them and that’s why we have this policy. Our technicians also specifically hold your date and time for you so last minute cancellations make it hard for them to fill their schedules.
What Are Your Hours And What Days Are You Available?
We schedule appointments Monday through Friday 7AM – 5PM (last booking) and Saturday 7A – 4P (last booking). Contact us if you need an emergency detail.

How Do I Pay?
If you schedule online you will need to prepay with a credit card. If you schedule over the phone you can prepay or pay day of service.
Are Tips Expected?
Tips are never expected but if we provide great customer service they are always appreciated.
How Long Will The Service Take?
The time required varies depending on the detail selected and size of the vehicle. All the time are listed on the scheduling page.
Is Mobile Detailing As Good As A Brick And Mortar Detail Shop?
We can’t speak for everyone, but if you hire us we can definitely say yes – and in some cases you will actually get better quality. We only use the best products and equipment and only have highly trained technicians working on your vehicle.
Do I Need To Wax My Vehicle?
Yes you should, waxing your vehicle has many benefits:
- High gloss finish.
- Protects your paint from the sun and weather.
- Makes it easier to remove bugs, sap and other contaminants.
- Reduces hard water spotting.
- Best of all, waxing makes it easier to keep clean and wash!
How Often Should I Wax My Vehicle?
It is recommended that you wax your vehicle at least twice a year to keep your vehicle’s paint looking as nice as the day you bought it.
